Liberty Lane Zoning Change to be on the Ballot on March 14

We are thrilled by the potential for a zoning change at Liberty Lane in Hampton, NH. The proposed Liberty Lane Overlay District would expand upon the allowed uses on the 104-acre site situated at the intersection of I-95 and NH Route 101, creating the possibility for a vibrant mixed use community that could include residential, retail, commercial, public amenities, and more.

The Overlay District will be on the ballot for the Hampton Town Elections scheduled for March 14, 2023.
