Jen Stebbins Thomas
Partner
Jen has managed the financial and legal departments for a variety of commercial real estate projects for over a decade and now serves as a Partner at XSS Hotels. In the last 10 years, Jen has been responsible for financing over $1B of lending projects and currently manages the portfolio of $675M+ in loans. Jen also serves as the Director of PROCON. She currently serves on the board of directors at Waypoint, a child and family focused non-profit in New Hampshire. Jen received her BA from Dartmouth College. She lives with her husband and 3 children in Portsmouth, NH.
Eben Tormey
Partner, Director of Development
Eben has over two decades of real estate and construction experience with a focus on developing, owning, and managing commercial real estate. Eben is a partner at XSS Hotels, where he has worked since 2010 overseeing permitting, design, construction, and opening of over 20 hotels including the AC Hotel Downtown Portsmouth. He has extensive experience managing the development of industrial and multifamily properties in the Northeast, with a focus on permitting and project management. He currently serves as a Board Member on The Music Hall in Portsmouth, NH. Eben received his BA from Dartmouth College. He lives with his wife and three children in Rye, NH.
Jay Gemmiti
Project Manager
Jay has partnered directly with owners to complete complex projects for twenty years. The first half of Jay’s career focused on delivering IT infrastructure projects in the hospitality and retail sectors. In 2014, he transferred his skillset to construction, leveraging his IT background, and managed the fit-ups of large biopharmaceutical facilities. Jay comes to Tidemark from the Concord Hospital Health System, where he led their Project Management Department as Infrastructure Project Operations Manager for five years. Jay lives with his wife and two young children in Hollis, NH.
John Stebbins
Partner
John has worked for over a decade as a Senior Project Manager on a multitude of commercial real estate projects. A Partner of XSS Hotels, he has been responsible for permitting, designing, constructing and opening over 20 hotels, including the award-winning The Row Hotel at Assembly Row, a Marriott Autograph Collection Property in Somerville, MA. John also serves as the CEO of PROCON, New Hampshire’s largest General Contractor and a fully-integrated architecture, engineering and construction management firm. He currently serves on the board of directors at the Manchester Boys and Girls Club. John received his BA from Georgetown University and his Masters of Architecture from Virginia Tech. He lives with his wife and four children in Portsmouth, NH.
Joe Geoghegan
Partner
After serving a variety of roles for the world’s largest brewer, Anheuser-Busch, including Project Manager, Director of Marketing, and Head of Partnerships, Joe pivoted towards a career in commercial real estate. He now has more than two years of experience overseeing development of industrial, multifamily, and other commercial real estate projects for Tidemark. Joe received his BA from Williams College and his Masters of Business from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Joe lives with his wife and daughter in Cape Elizabeth, ME.
