Advanced Manufacturing Facility Approved at Portsmouth ZBA

We are thrilled and encouraged by the result at Portsmouth Zoning Board of Adjustments, where a variance was granted to reduce the rear yard setback of the proposed Advanced Manufacturing Facility at Pease Tradeport.

This is a meaningful step in the facility’s approval process, and we are excited to seek final site plan approval in April.
