Tidemark is the proud developer of the new global headquarters for Lighthouse Credit Union at 100 Lighthouse Drive in Dover, NH. The building, purchased by Tidemark in 2021 and formerly occupied by Cognia, underwent a complete exterior and interior renovation completed in 2024, delivering approximately 100,000 square feet of state-of-the-art office space across four stories with 350 parking spaces on site. The new headquarters features employee training rooms, a cafeteria, a fitness center, outdoor spaces, EV charging stations, a central atrium with a grand staircase, and nearby walking and biking trails. The project was honored with both the 2026 AGC NH Achievement in Construction Award and the 2025 ABC NH/VT Excellence Award.
